2. Account Registration & Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Should you suspect any unauthorized access, it is your obligation to notify our support team immediately.

4. Subscription Terms & Payment Policies

Payments & Billing
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring cycle as selected during the upgrade process. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all charges are non-refundable.

5. Content Ownership & Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Actions

- Using the platform for illegal activities, including escort services or human trafficking.
6. Dispute Resolution & Liability Limits
In the event of a dispute arising from these terms, you agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration rather than in court. This ensures a faster and more private resolution process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SugarMeetly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users, and you agree to interact at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service.
7. Termination Policy & Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will not receive a refund for any unused subscription time.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we make significant updates, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
